StoryShop Brief

This book is used to promote creative writing. 7th or 8th graders from 12 different schools around the local midwest will be writing stories, only 14 will be published. These stories usually consist of sports stories, mythical stories, farrytails, and stories on family life. The would like the design of this to promote creativity, show the writing process, show movement. Together they'd like all the storyshop books to "look good on a shelf together" The audience- speaks and looks cool to them but ok for parents. not gender specific. Themes- cross themes, 15000 words or shorter, creative story.
